Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Ball is seeking a motivated Call Center Associate to join our team, working from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, and have a strong background in project management and decision-making. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the database. 4. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of service is provided to customers. 6. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills. 7. Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits. 2. Strong project management and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with call center technology. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Previous experience in a call center environment preferred. 8. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
