Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of call center agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement - Handle escalated customer calls and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Experience with call center software and technology - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
