Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description: Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of call center representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer service. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated issues and addressing customer feedback. 6. Implement procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 7. Handle budgeting and forecasting for the call center department. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management. 9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on call center performance.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
