Call Center Manager

Job Description: ABM Industries in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, the ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to improve productivity and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management - Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all team members

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Ability to persuade and influence others - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
