Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team at Penske Automotive Group in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily operations of the call center - Train, coach, and mentor call center agents to ensure high performance and excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve any complex issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in call center management


Requirements: - Confident and resourceful individual who can lead a team effectively - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs in a call center environment - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
