Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Aflac is seeking a highly experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time role requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated, with a strong focus on emotional intelligence and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote call center representatives - Set performance goals and objectives for the team - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Implement training programs to enhance the skills of call center representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in call center software and technology
