Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at O’Reilly Automotive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement training programs for call center staff to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline operations - Generate reports and analyze data to track performance and identify trends
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
