Call Center Manager - Work from home

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team at Telephone & Data Systems in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in the field.

As a Call Center Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center, managing a team of call center representatives, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, conducting training and coaching sessions, handling escalated customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You must also be a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
