Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Call Center Officer to join our team at Weta Digital in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. This part-time position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and provide updates on products or services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Demonstrating creativity and decision-making skills in finding solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Driven to meet and exceed performance targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Creativity and decision-making skills to resolve complex customer issues
