Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Cardinal Health is seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Officer to join our team and work remotely from home in Wellington, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services - Generate sales leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets - Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to close sales and overcome objections - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Confident and energetic attitude with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
