Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Enlighten Designs is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone calls, emails, and online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products and services - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with their experience - Input and update customer information in the company database - Meet or exceed daily call quotas and performance metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong strategic planning abilities to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions proactively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
