Job description:
Frontier Communications is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide customers with information about products and services, resolve issues, and answer questions. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 4. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think strategically. 4. Negotiation skills to handle difficult customer situations effectively. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. 6. Must be adaptable to changing situations and priorities. 7. Hardworking attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
