Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Valero Energy, a leading energy company, is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, confident, and have strong planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding various products and services - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize computer systems to accurately document customer interactions and process orders - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
