Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team at Macy’s in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and creativity skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information on products, promotions, and services. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Accurately enter customer information into the system and update records as necessary. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and issues effectively. 5. Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling products and services to customers. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold Macy’s values in all interactions with customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and resourceful personality with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 5. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Knowledge of retail and fashion industry trends is a plus.
