Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Summerset Group Holdings is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed call center metrics and goals. 7. Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customers at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong people management and planning skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. 8. Passionate and energetic about providing exceptional customer service.
