Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description: Reliance Steel & Aluminum is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Work from Home Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and accurately inputting and updating customer information in our database.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide additional information. 3. Collecting and updating customer information in the company database. 4. Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 5. Resolving customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong leadership and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote setting. 5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
