Job Description - Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative who can work from home to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’. As a leading construction and engineering company, we are looking for individuals who are hardworking and resilient to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This position is part-time with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers on previous inquiries or to provide updates on ongoing projects. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay updated on company products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle stress effectively. 5. Must have a quiet and professional home office environment. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
