Job Description:

The A2 Milk Company is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time Entry Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, ensuring flexibility and convenience in your work schedule.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information 3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products and services 4. Conduct analysis of customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement 5. Meet or exceed call center KPIs and targets 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits 2. Strong persuasion and analysis skills 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. 1 year of relevant experience in a call center or customer service role 6. High school diploma or equivalent required
