Job Description:
Illinois Tool Works is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers and assist them with inquiries, issues, and concerns - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Document all interactions with customers in the company's database - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Make outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers or provide additional information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service across all channels - Attend regular training sessions to improve communication and problem-solving skills - Present information clearly and effectively to customers
Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong research and presentation skills - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required
