Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist at Aflac in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from policyholders and potential clients. Your main duties will include providing information about Aflac's products and services, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and complete sales transactions - Provide accurate information about Aflac's insurance products and services - Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues - Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to customers - Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding compliance and data security
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Motivated and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong analytical and planning abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently - Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications are a plus
