Call Center Specialist

United States Steel is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3.
