Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Dillard’s in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns 2. Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers, schedule appointments, and conduct surveys 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently 5. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and response time 8. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor 3. Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is preferred 5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Driven and energetic personality traits 8. Cooperation and creativity as soft skills 9. Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 10. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
