Job Description:
Sealed Air is seeking a hardworking and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers promptly and professionally - Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer service delivery - Collaborate with team members to effectively problem solve and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and call resolution
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment - Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer communication styles - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer and phone systems, including CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
