Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Booktrack is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in a call center environment, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service over the phone. We are looking for individuals who are independent, dedicated, and possess emotional intelligence and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries, issues, and complaints - Resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collecting and updating customer information in the database - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs - Collaborating with team members and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude - High school diploma or equivalent
