Job Description:
Clorox is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, purchases, and complaints - Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay current on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance metrics set by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning skills - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
