Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois, a global leader in glass packaging, is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company database - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Conduct research to answer customer questions or concerns - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed call center KPIs and targets

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with a high level of attention to detail - Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
