Job description: Aramark is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to call center procedures and guidelines
Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks - Strong leadership and cooperation skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable using computer systems and telecommunication devices
