Progressive is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
