Job Description:
Genesis Energy is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, escalating issues when necessary. 3. Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in computer applications and chat support software. 5. Analytical mindset and strong decision-making abilities. 6. Motivated and adaptable personality traits. 7. Previous experience working remotely is a plus.
