Job Description:
Entergy is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through chat channels, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat channels - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and workflows - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Leverage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Adaptable and able to work independently in a remote environment - Hardworking and committed to providing top-notch customer service - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks - Proficiency in using chat support tools and systems
