Job Description:
Publix Super Markets is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to work from home in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
As a Chat Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Providing excellent customer service through chat support channels - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and promotions
Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and time management skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
