Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to clients and customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support - Providing accurate and timely information to customers about insurance products and services - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and following up with customers to ensure their needs are met - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer interactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate information to customers in a clear and concise manner - Strong computer skills and experience using chat support platforms - Adaptability to changing work environments and the ability to work independently - Leadership qualities and the ability to think critically to solve problems efficiently - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus
