Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Associate at Targa Resources in Auckland, New Zealand. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and high-quality support - Managing and organizing chat logs and customer interactions for future references - Proactively seeking out opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and support processes

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in chat support platforms - Driven and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to work part-time hours in Auckland, NZ
