Chat Support Associate - Work from home

**Job Description:**

PowerbyProxi is seeking a Chat Support Associate to work from home in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This role requires a high level of dedication and energy, as well as strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:** 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements:** 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Dedicated and energetic personality traits. 5. Strong attention to detail and adaptability. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
