Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


PayPal Holdings is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. 2. Monitor chat conversations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company policies and procedures. 3. Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. 4. Provide training and support to chat support agents to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Generate reports on chat support performance and present findings to management.


Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. 2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficient in chat support technology and tools. 5. Prior experience managing a team of chat support agents is preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
