Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Manager to join our team at Darden Restaurants in Auckland, NZ. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our customers. This role is part-time and requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Managing and leading the chat support team to deliver high-quality customer service - Developing and implementing chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Training and coaching chat support agents to enhance their performance and skills - Monitoring chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively - Handling escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a chat support role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Experience with chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
