Job Description:
Regions Financial is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resourceful and independent individual who possesses strong people management and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and meet performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support operations and efficiencies. 3. Monitor chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Train and onboard new chat support agents, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 7. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in chat support management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. 5+ years of experience in chat support or customer service management. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. 4. Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. 6. Experience in managing and coaching a team of chat support agents. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
