Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Chat Support Manager at Kraft Heinz, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents who provide online assistance to customers. This is a work-from-home position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time role is suited for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service and chat support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and monitoring performance - Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and motivated personality traits - Creativity and emotional intelligence as soft skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
