Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Jarden, a leading company in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to work from home. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing our chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor chat support services to ensure timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the chat support team. 4. Analyze chat support metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Identify training needs for chat support agents and coordinate training sessions as necessary. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Strong adaptability and analytical skills. 3. At least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 4. Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in a remote work setting. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Good understanding of chat support platforms and tools.
