Job Description - Chat Support Officer

Job Description:


Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team in Wellington, New Zealand. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, motivated, possess emotional intelligence, and demonstrate cooperation skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient support experience for customers - Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution - Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and other relevant information to best assist customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically - Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work overtime as needed - Must be legally authorized to work in New Zealand
