Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a driven and dedicated Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Update customer accounts and record interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent typing skills and familiarity with chat support platforms - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong planning and organization skills - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - Must be driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Must be a team player and able to work well in a remote environment - Equal opportunity employer.
