Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Gentrack Group in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively - Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong presentation and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in typing and navigating through computer systems
