Job Description - Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Baker Hughes is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chat Support Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via online chat to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues. 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers with their needs. 4. Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Document interactions and customer feedback for future reference and analysis. 6. Meet and exceed KPIs related to response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong planning and analysis skills. 4. Excellent written communication and typing skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 7. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
