Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team at Lowe's in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 6. Provide feedback to improve processes and systems for better customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals for customer satisfaction and response times. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Independent and driven individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. 2. Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude to work with team members. 3. Innovative mindset to constantly improve customer support processes. 4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience with online chat support or customer service is preferred. 7. Proficiency in using chat support software and basic computer skills. 8. Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
