Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chat Support Representative to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher in Auckland, NZ. As a part-time entry level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are hardworking, passionate, and eager to develop their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat support - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries - Demonstrate leadership qualities by taking initiative and assisting team members when needed - Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers - Proficiency in typing and navigating digital platforms - Excellent research skills to find solutions to customer issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
