Job Description - Chat Support Representative

Job Description:


Vesper Marine is looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support through chat messaging platforms. 2. Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends. 7. Uphold the company's brand image and values in all customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate solutions clearly and effectively. 2. Proficiency in using chat support tools and CRM systems. 3. Driven and dedicated personality traits with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. 4. Persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and promote products/services. 5. Innovative mindset to adapt to changing customer needs and technological advancements.
