Job Description - Chat Support Representative

As a Chat Support Representative at Kinder Morgan, located in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via chat to assist with product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and technical support - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer concerns - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and build customer loyalty - Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and best practices - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
