Sanmina is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a part-time position with entry-level seniority and zero years of experience required, this role is perfect for motivated individuals who are confident in their abilities and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working remotely and using chat support software - Motivated to learn and grow in a customer service role - Confident in dealing with customer inquiries and finding solutions
