Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. - Confident and resilient personality traits. - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional weekends. - Visa sponsorship available for candidates who require it.
