Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Gentrack Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This part-time position is ideal for someone at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Provide product information and assistance to customers in a professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and able to work remotely with minimal supervision - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Personality traits: reliable, independent - Soft skills: persuasion, strategic planning
